Power Circuit- 28 Minutes of Brutality

The warm-up is the easiest! I think this is MUCH tougher than the circuit in Body Max (they're similar, to these creaking bones at least!).

Try PC with the upper body section of Body Max... all I can say this morning is "Da House of Pain is in effect, y'all!";(
 
Power Circuit is definitely the toughest of the CTX IMO. When I did this tape, I thought oh my gosh, this is way too hard, I'm not going to do this again. But then the next day, I was sore in places I hadn't been sore in a while, so hmmmm, maybe I should agonize through this more often!

I haven't tried power circuit yet but I previewed it. I'm not really using the CTX series right now in my rotation, but on my rest day sometimes I'll do a CTX cardio. So on my days off I'll pull it out, think about it and say naaaaa, maybe some other time!! Maybe I'll stick it in my rotation for next week so that I have NO EXUSES!!! We'll see :)

LOL.....I was planning to do a CTX rotation, knowing I would have to modify, but after viewing Power Circuit video, I chickened out!!!
