I personally would love for Cathe to produce a high-octane cardio workout that alternates plyometric power drills with sustained fast-foot speed drills that kick up the heart rate and build agility!
I've gotten back into the faster bpm of hi/lo workouts recently and have been doing a lot more of the fast-foot stuff as well (per my inquiry on the OD about any other cardio workouts with speed drills). And I've found that alternating between slower power plyo and faster speed drills really keeps the body and brain on its toes! (I'm not sure that's physically possible, actually, but you get the idea.)
