Power 90

Hi Anat.

I ordered Power 90, too, a few months ago and returned it within a couple of weeks. It was way too boring. Especially if you are used to Cathe's workouts those just won't cut it. At least it didn't for me. They seem like they are really cheaply made, too, no background or music that's worth anything.

If you do keep them and use them, GOOD LUCK and I hope you have awesome results.

I purchased them as well and was totally disappointed. How boring and there's no way that program would work for you if you've been doing Cathe for any length of time.

I am a little embarrassed to say I was tempted by their new program called Slim in 6 but, thankfully, I came to my senses and decided against it. I do take one of their vitamins for women - I think it's called Fat Burning Formula. It's fine.

The only problem I have is that I live in Israel and the policy for returning here is only if you didn't open the package. Isn't that ridicilous ?!

I also think the tapes are boring....
