Post STS - Muscle Endurance vs Strength

Finishing up STS tomorrow. I know there have been some posts regarding what people are doing post-STS, but I was curious (especially those who've gone back to other DVDs by now) - Muscle Endurance or Strength (maybe it should be muscle building GS, Pyramid...)?

I know that either one will be another shock after STS, just wondering which will be most effective after finishing up a strength building rotation.

Just curious,
Heather

I focused mostly on strength after STS to maximize my gains. For a couple of months I did a rotation with S&H, GS and PS. For GS and PS I did add about 30 seconds to the rest period between sets so I could still lift heavy. The second month I did not add extra rest time so I could experiment with the weight load doing the DVDs as is. I found that I definitely can lift a lot heavier now than before STS. I just did Cathe's June rotation and found that I have not lost any endurance and was able to lift heavier than the first time I did Meso 1.

Thanks for the reply. I just wasn't sure if I should continue with strength (since Meso 3 is strength) or mix it all up again with endurance. But, I don't want to lose out on these gains. Decisions decisions....

Thanks,
Heather
