Not Cathe here but so much depends on your fitness level, the difficulty of childbirth, etc. For example, I did Cathe workouts the day I went into labor and resumed working out slowly at 1 1/2 weeks postpartum and was back to full Cathe workouts, including kickboxing, by 3 weeks. I was lucky, but many women have to take it slower depending on their circumstances. Anyway, you may want to post your question along with your fitness level, goals, etc. on Cathe's Pregnancy Forum.
