Hey Cathe,
I'm due with my third child in early October, and I am already thinking ahead to getting back into shape. I'm really aiming to get the weight off by next summer. (I have gained more than 30 pounds already!) I want to build up my workout library for that time. Do you suggest, once I recuperate and get the go-ahead from the doc, to start lifting heavy or putting more emphasis on cardio with more muscle endurance workouts? I have kept up lifting about once or twice a week during my second trimester and now entering my third trimester, but I've backed off the weight load quite a bit (lifting 20 pounds max).
Any advice you have to offer would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
