Hi all! I got my husband P90X for Christmas, and he is now in Week 9. He has always worked out, but this is his first experience with a structured workout program. He's loving the program and the results. He's begun thinking about what to do once he finishes the program. I haven't done P90X myself, so I thought I'd seek the advice of the educated crowd. What would you recommend for a guy after completing P90X. Should he do something for a while and then return to P90X. If so, how long between sessions? I'd appreciate any suggestions. I have most of Cathe's DVDs, but my husband only has the P90X program and some Bryan Kest and Rodney Yee yoga DVDs. I think he'd be willing to invest in another series if he thought that was the way to go.
