Hello. I have been out of commission on this board after having spent the past year having a baby! The baby and I are fine at 2 1/2 months post partum, but I have an exercise problem -- lack of time! Giving up my daily uninterupted workouts has to be the single biggest sacrifice of motherhood.
So here is my current situation. I was (am?)an advanced Cathe fan. I could keep up with most all of her cardio and weight selections.
The baby and I can talk daily walks, but they hardly feel like a cardiovascular workout. I still need to lose 10 pounds of baby weight. I have regained a pretty good amount of my strength and am fairly satisfied with my muscle tone all things considered.
I do have 45 uninterupted minutes on Fri, Sat, and Sun. How should I spend them?
