Oh my goodness!! You guys were not lying about the Maximum Intensity Cardio. I consider myself to be in excellent shape. Running alot, strenth training, kickboxing etc. I have not had that hard of a workout in a long time. Thanks for the input I think I am gonna become hooked on Cathe videos. If anybody has any other suggestions I would love to hear it. My current routine is:
Weight training 3-4 days a week (split routine)
Cardio 5-6 days a week (I was doing just running and kickboxing every now and then)

Your routine seems to be well-rounded and intense. Make sure those cardios aren't all intense. Enjoy an easy cardio day. Also, make sure you're stretching a lot or doing some yoga.

I know what you mean about MIC. The hi/lo kills me, even though the actual hi part isn't too long. I feel like it should be easier, but it sure isn't. It hurts my feet sometimes, so I don't do it often (probably why it's so hard!)
