Uhhh...... Why can't I get rid of this little pooch on my tummy! I have been working my butt off for ever and still cant get my abs to get them whre I want them! I have 5 children one of those pregnancys was twins but that's still no excuse! Its so darn fustrating when you see this celebrities clearly most of them have had some work done on there abs. I'm pretty fit 41 year old weighing in at 105. Any ideas, has anyone just giving up and had tummy tuck done? Once my kids are all grown up and still no flat tummy I will seriously consider a tummy tuck. Just venting.

Um well do you have loose skin there from your pregnancies? It could just be that. I mean, I don't know for sure, I don't have kids, but I've seem people with lose skin even AFTER they get into shape and lose all the fat. hope that helped...a little?:)

I have a little bit of skin, but I have had 4 c-sections. My little pooch is dirctly on top of the c/s scar and I think it's just gonna stay unles I have surgery. My stomach is flat otherwise and I am getting back into shape, but I just don't think that area will be flat again and it does seem like it's skin more than "fat" No much help I guess, but when you said yu had twins, I wondered if maybe you had a c/s?

All my deliveries have been natural, that's the thing I have very little loose skin. I almost feel like i'm always somewhat bloated. I will keep trying to fight this and see where it takes me next step will probably be a personal trainer and see if they can help me achieve it.

With that many kids, your lower tummy is always going to be a little distended, even if the skin isn't quite "loose"--unless you have surgery. If it seems like it's gotten worse, and your weight is low, you might want to get checked by your obgyn just to be sure you don't have any fibroids, or anything like that. Sometimes, you can have intestinal issues that aren't necessarily uncomfortable, but still cause bloating. Have you increased salt intake?
