Hi Cathe! This morning while doing the tricep section of the 10-10-10 workout I noticed that while I'm doing the tricep pushups, I have a hard time bringing my hands straight down and keeping my elbows close to my side. I think the problem is that I have an arch in my lower back. Whenever I try to stretch out on the floor, I cannot stretch my arms straight out....My arms never completely straighten out from the elbows. Maybe this is something that I just have to find a way around. If you (or anyone else) has this problem, could you please tell me how you manage the tricep pushups? BTW, I'm doing a rotation with the CTX DVD and although it's challenging, I'm loving it.
