Pod casts + audio

I would love to have an audio guide to take to the gym!

The audio only of Core Max would be so good to carry in
my ipod. I have to write everything on a card and take
it with me, and sometimes I forget her tips.

Pod cast the audio of the new STS. There is just so
much more available at my small gym than at my home.

I love having the DVD's to use at home -- but it would
be uber to have Cathe at the gym with me!!!

I would pay for podcasts even. In addition to an audio guide, I wouldn't mind just getting a weekly podcast of just topics that Cathe and her crew would talk about -- anything from muscle building or the importance of yoga or motivation, etc.

This would be terrific, especially if there ere a version aimed at us road warriors, suitable to use in hotel rooms and hotel gyms!

Good to see that those are under development. It will be cool to take those when I go on vacation.
