Plyo's, tuck jumps, etc......in HSTA?

After viewing the HSChallenge clip I see that there are a lot of tuck jumps and other jumping movements which are horrible for my back (carpet under cement). I was deciding between HSC and HSTA but leaning towards HSTA to avoid this plyo/jumping. Does HSTA have the same kind of jumping involved?

TIA!

Hi Skye,
I would say HSTA is considerably less intense than HSC. (no tuck jumps) there are the lunge hops, fast foot taps, and more bench work than HSC.
