plyo week 1

i decided that i'm going to do 2 leg workouts per week, one a regular lifting one and the other a plyo one to be done on saturdays (today). I did my very first Cathe plyo just now and i'm still winded. I literally felt like i was going to puke a few times. She is insane!!!! I loved this workout but i hated it at the same time. I'm so proud of myself for making it through the whole thing. Though i noticed as the dvd went on my jumps got smaller LOL. This will surely tone up my legs like never before.
 
I have only done that one once but ITA it is great ! Need to check out the other Plyos, but guarantee they will be well used as a super LB workout at my house !
 
i just have to say its still difficult to sit on the toilet do to the DOMS i'm experiencing after this workout. LOL
