Plyo legs

Hi Cathe!!!!
Thank you so much for creating plyo legs! I am not following STS but have tried disc #26 while following last month rotation and had so much fun!
Just out of curiosity: how would you classify that type of workout? Hiit?metabolic training? I find it very complete and challenging, couldn't ask for more when I want something to work my legs pretty well and keep my heart rate up there at the same time!

good question ellie b....i would like to know that also....b/c that is such a great workout....seems like it could be an interval type workout....but i don't know so i'll be waiting for this answer also:)
 
I just did this one the other day, I am doing the 3 month LIS/STS rotation and I loved it. In fact I am really enjoying the whole rotation.
 
I did it last night and it sure does feel like a Hiit workout to me. Loved it!

I'd also liked to know if it truly is a Hiit.
