plyo concerns

i just viewed the blog and saw the great amount of plyo exercises in sts. given knee concerns, i don't "jump", is sts not for me?
 
Hey there, I believe that is just one portion of the total STS, I wouldn't concern yourself too much. You can modify like I do, or skip it entirely! There will be plenty of other things to keep us busy.:)
