pls help with these 2 exercies from supersets

hello,
i taped supersets from fittv and found tht it was missing only a few exercises, so i have decided not to buy this dvd, i want to get muscle max instead. however i had a question on 2 of the missing exercise..would someone just explain in brief..how is the rotator cuff side lateral raise done (or shoulder rotations whtevr it is called? how many reps??, and the ball roll out exercise is this the one similar in core max seg 2?? thanks in advance..

Yes the ball roll-outs are the same as in Core Max stability ball segment. As for the rotator cuff move, do you have S&H Legs and Shoulders? Is so, Cathe demonstrates this move (sans ball) in that workout. (It is the last exercise of that particular S&H workout.)

thanks a lot, u mean the rotator cuff exercise is the one whr u lie on ur side, thn rotate ur arms right the last exercise from legs and shoulders??
