Welcome to Cardio Coach Land!
Tammi, I bought my elliptical and iPod after listening to a CC workout on my computer. I was desperate to find some form of cardio that I could/would do, so I downloaded 1 volume and listened to it on my computer. I knew in an instant that I loved it and I went out and bought an elliptical and an iPod a few days later. I bought all of the workouts within a week or two of that and I have never looked back. It was the best investment I ever made -- ranks right up there with STS!!I recently took a peak at the we-site. That alone made me want to go out & buy a piece of equipment! Looks awesome!

Welcome to Cardio Coach Land!
I just did Volume 8 on my elliptical last night! WOO HOO HOOOO!!!! My legs are still a bit sore this morning and I'm wondering how on earth I'm going to get through STS legs today!I have to agree with everyone here
One thing I would like to add....Cardio Coach makes time fly by.
I use to get on my elliptical with some feelings of dread. I have to confess, the time seem to drag. Not with CC! You will be surprised how fast a hour passes by! I know, I know, you're thinking a hour? Believe me, you will love his more challenging volumes and be more than willing to add challenges on!
Oh, make sure you buy Press Play so you can join all the Cathe members on Press Play Saturday's! It's fun and they are a craZy bunch who will push you even further
Hey Cynthia, where have you been on the past few PP Saturday's!? I've missed you, young lady!!! I hope you'll come play with our "crazy bunch" next time around -- the 25th I think.
You are AWESOME!!!! Why don't you do a segment from one of Cathe's step routines for your bonus challenge? Jodi's done that before!I've been learning Cathe step. I take one workout and repeat segments everyday until I get it all. Then I repeat it for another week so it's engraved in my old brain
I'll join ya this month, I promise!
