floor aerobic dvds. Anyone tried the Shape Bikini Camp Transformer? I want just something other than step and kickboxing. Not a fan of high impact.

Please help me......

Thanks in advance!!!

Do you have Cathe's Maximum Intensity Cardio (MIC)? That's a killer classic. I think there are also some older Firms that fit the bill of what you're looking for - you can actually get a lot of these on netflix.

Edited for stupid mistakes!

I might try MIC. I have some Firm Cardio that includes floor exercises, but they're just not my cup of tea. Too much jumping up and down.

Thanks so much for the suggestions!

Hi Tete,

I don't like high impact either. I've pretty much stuck to Cathe's low impact cardio workouts (Low Max, LIC, LIS). I too am looking for some floor workouts with no step. I got CIA's Hi/Lo to the Max and was previewing it last night. I can't say I have an opinion about it just yet. I do know that the 15 minutes I was able to watch last night did not impress me. But, it is all floor aerobics so I will give it a try. I also plan to order CIA's Cardio Camp which is also all floor aerobics. I don't have the Shape workout you mentioned but I do have their "Butts Hips and Thighs" workout. It's a joke. Very dancy floor aerobic routine and an over zealous background exerciser who is very distracting. It's in my pile to sell on Amazon.

I got the Kathy Smith Project You series and really like the floor aerobics. They can be high or low depending on how you feel. She has someone doing all the modifications. The downside is they are 30-40 minutes. My favorite is called Long Lean and it's 40 minutes of mixed impact. You can find it sold individually on Ebay. The shorter ones are Foundation and Power Push--both have essentially the same moves, but Power Push has high impact intervals.

If you're looking for super-intense try Amy Bento's hi/lo extreme. I think she beats even our dear Cathe in intensity level!
