Please pick my workout for tomorrow (Wed)!!!!!!!!!!

I did RS on Saturday, MIS on Sunday, then took Mon. and Tues. off because of time constraints. I only have tomorrow to work out because I'm having Thanksgiving at my house. What would you do the day before? It can't be longer than an hour. I have all of Cathe's workouts, so if there are any mish-moshes you can think of, feel free to post! These are the workouts that come to mind:

Bootcamp
The Gauntlet
The Viper
IMAX Extreme
HSTA
 
I would do HSTA. The Gauntlet, Viper and IMAX Xtreme are all over an hour. Boot Camp would work too, but since you asked, I would do HSTA! :) :)

I agree-Go with HSTA - (I did the cardio only premix twice tonight-WOW!) That workout will definitely burn away that holiday turkey!

Hi there~

One of my favorite "Mishies" is to do HSTA cardio+lower body premix and Boot Camp Cardio+lower body premix. You can choose to do both lower body segments heavy or light....It's a fryer! dmd

That one sounds like a toughie!!! I might have to try that one too. I just read the post about RS, ended up itching to do that one, but now this one sounds very inviting too... My goodnes....I'll have to get off this board before I'm really confused...;)))))
