Please Let Jai Know...

Cathe, at the expense of sounding like a brown-noser, I think you and your whole crew are phenomenal. What a great bunch of people, but there is something about Jai that I find so inspiring! She has very elegant and graceful form when she's performing kickbox moves, and I often find myself trying to emulate her in this respect (I'm not quite as graceful as she is, but she gives me something to aspire to). :) I just want her to know that she is particularly inspiring to me, because I've always enjoyed kicking moves.

Each of your girls gives something special to your workouts, but there's just something about Jai's on-screen character that I identify with. Oh, and I want my arms to look just like hers, too!!! :D
 
Not to hijack your post catwoman but I feel the same way. I was watching her during the leg conditioning drills in Kick Max and I swear her leg did not come down one inch and there she was just SMILING :D . I was amazed.
 
Check Jai out in Stretch Max, too. She's a willow tree!

There really is something about her that comes across the screen and she is incredibly fit. Something about her looks like she's a nice person to. Although I'd feel so inferior standing next to her. Oh well. All the other girls are great to and it is good to see the different body types. Jai does give you something to aspire too.
 
Yes let's hear it for Jai! I had asked Cathe to place Jai in the front instead of always in the back b/c she has such IMPECCABLE form & she's the one besides Cathe that I always look at on my tv screen especially when doing strength training. How does she make every move look so flawless & easy!

Yes! I look at Jai too. Her body is absolutely awesome. And Rhonda just cracks me up. E.g. Cathe says: "Can we do four more? Four more!" Rhonda gives her "the look" that just says are you kidding me woman?!!! Which is exactly what I'm doing haha.
 
I concur!! What I found particularly inspiring was when I did Slow & Heavy Bi's & Tri's on Tuesday night. Jai was introduced in that series. Comparing her then to her now, in Hardcore, is particularly inspirational because you can really see her progress. She looked great in S&H, but she looks awesome in Hardcore. It shows what we can all achieve working hard and working w/Cathe!!
 
I agree Jai looks outstanding..........:) I also think Cidi has come so far from when I saw her in MIS to ME! WOW! She looks really toned in ME!
 
Has anyone noticed the height of Jai's leg in the KickMax conditioning drills, Holy SH@&! She keeps kicking and her leg is above parellel the whole time, WHOA! It doesn't look real (or possible), I think a stunt wire is holding you Jai!

I think Jai should do her own kickbox workout. Her form is impecable and I believe she teaches a kickbox class of her own. By far the most amazing body I have seen, femanine and muscular! dmd
