Vaginal infections (including yeast) and UTI share similar symtpoms including pain and burning with urination. I see this frequently in my client's (I am an Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner). Actually, I just saw a client today who has UTI complaints when she has yeast... never the classic yeast symptoms.

I am curious, like Candi... did the urologist base this diagnosis on symptoms or a test? Dysuria can be caused by a few things and it can be so frustrating (and miserable) until the cause is found. I'll keep my fingers crossed that this does the trick.
