I would love to do Cathe's lower body pyramid video, but the bar kills my shoulder and neck(shoulder innury), can I use dumbbells and how would I hold them, on my shoulders, or down at my sides?:+ :+
Cathe has stated in a few of her videos that you can use dumbells in place of the barbell. You can hold the dumbells however it is comfortable for you, even down at your sides. Maybe some others have other suggestions. Good luck!
