Hi,
So, I thought I was doing such a great job with my monthly rotations. I was just making sure that I worked all my muscle groups (either one muscle group a day) or all upper 2 x a week, and always lower 2x a week, plus a ton of cardio, and yoga at least once a week...abs 4 to 6 times a week...
Now, here is my question.....
What things do you consider when planning rotations? Does it matter if you do all heavy in a week/month...? or if you do endurance with lighter weights within that week/month? I am a bit confused.
My goal is muscle definition.
I have difficulty following someone else's rotations because I feel that some of the workouts are a bit wimpy (ex. low impact circuit (upper body segment) and body max 2 (upper body segments)...but I am a little bit unsure what I should substitute for the workouts that I do not like).
Does this make sense?
Please help!!!
Thank you so much!
