Please help me purchase my next DVD ~

Can you please give me some suggestions regarding what DVD to purchase next?

Hi Jennifer,

If you want cardio I would say Rythmic Step and Imax2. I love both of those. The intensity is alot higher in Imax2, they're both a lot of fun.

I agree with Amy - IMax2 is one that I pop in when I'm feeling depressed and down and don't feel like working out. I ALWAYS finish the workout with a smile on my face and a feeling of accomplishment.
 
Another vote for Rhythmic Step or IMAX 2. They rank as two of my all-time favorite Cathe workouts. Rhythmic Step was a little tricky for me to learn at first, but it is so satisfying and fun to get through it now. IMAX 2 is challenging for me, but I really enjoy the its choreography and particularly like the music because I find it really energizing. I think both these workouts are super fun and great for cardio!
 
OMG! No Gym Styles!!! Holy blunders, Batman!

Quick...order the GS series right away! All of 'em! Pronto! GS Legs is killer...Chest and Tris rocks...B/B/S (Back/Bis/Shoulders) is probably the best shoulder workout I've ever done! I do GS Legs once a week and I've seen wonderful results, and my cardio workouts have gotten much better since doing this workout, too!

(But if it's Cardio you want, go with Imax 2. Next to Lowmax, that's probably my favorite right now.)
 
Do you like kickboxing-inspired workouts? I have and love "Cardio Kicks/Circuit Max" and "Kick, Punch & Crunch/Leg & Glutes". Of course it depends on what you're looking for in your workouts, because both of these DVDs are different from eachother (but great!).
 
I say if you're looking for cardio - Kick Punch and Crunch since you already have several step workouts and it's so much fun. My other top pick is IMAX 2 which is my favorite step workout.

If you're looking for a weight workout Legs and Glutes is a must have.
