Please help me choose...

I need some help with this one..I am having a hard time deciding. Reading all of these great reviews and video bio's is really making it difficult to narrow it down. I own the Terminator DVD, C&W/IMAX2 DVD, MIC VHS, BODY MAX VHS and SJ&P VHS. I need something that will SHOCK my body and give me a complete workout. I have been eyeing the CTX series..I just don't know. There are too many fantastic workouts to choose from. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

THANKS:)

Hi I think the CTX Series is a great choice:) Also The KPC is a great all over body workout IMHO. I also love love the Pyramid from the IS series and ME from the IS series so IF you get these 2 on the DVD then you have the complete IS Series.

I agree with Barbara. I think CTX would be great for you or the Pyramids (Upper & Lower). I feel either could shock your body. I probably lean a bit stronger towards the Pyramids only because I love weight lifting...:)...Carole

I also vote for the CTX series, and get it on DVD. Although it is not as exhaustively chaptered as Intensity Series or Body Blast, it is chaptered enough so that you can easily create new mish-moshes that are tailored to your preferences as you get more fit. It offers hi/lo, step, interval step and kickbox, as well as total body strength training; also, Cathe bundles up all of the upper body sequences into a separate stand-alone premix and all of the ab routines (including an unacclaimed plank/ab treasure from CTX Kickbox) into a separate stand-alone premix.

If you can manage the extra sheckles (no small feat in these lean economic times), consider getting the CTX DVD AND the Circuit Max / Cardio Kicks DVD as a package. You get a price break when you buy these as a package, and Circuit Max is unbelievable; also, Cardio Kicks is great when done as a stand-alone workout, OR you can just do the extra mean 15-minute power drill sequence (replete with my beloved sequential power kicks and ice breakers) on its own. Again, the C-Max/CK DVD is not as exhaustively chaptered as Cathe's later productions, but still a cornerstone of anyone's Cathe fitness program.
