Hi Cathe,
First, I just want to say thankyou, you have made exercise fun and challenging again for me. But I've been trying like crazy to find a rotation that I can do. I've been exercising regularly for over a year now, (never followed a rotation before) but only in the past couple of months or so did I discover you and how great your series are. I now have Step Works, All Step and Step Fit and I've just recently been able to receive some of your DVDs. They were actually an anniversary gift from my husband. I have already gotten great results and I never dread working out. Anyways, now I don't want to do any of my other workouts as much if at all, since they just don't seem to do the trick anymore. Intensity and fun wise. I'm really wanting to try one of your rotations but I was wondering if there is anyway to create one with the few that I have or even substitute with my other workouts. (I plan on getting more later as I'm saving up) The DVDs I have are Timesaver, Cardio & Weights/IMAX 2 and I have BodyMax on VHS. I want to continue with fat burning and definately lean out in my legs as well as keep muscle tone. I also have some FIRMS, Intense Moves, and some other circuit workouts. Thank you for any advice you can give me and also thank you so much for all the energy, creativity and hard work you put in your videos.
