Hi Cathe,
First, I just want to say thankyou, you have made exercise fun and challenging again for me. But I've been trying like crazy to find a rotation that I can do. I've been exercising regularly for over a year now, (never followed a rotation before) but only in the past couple of months or so did I discover you and how great your series are. I now have Step Works, All Step and Step Fit and I've just recently been able to receive some of your DVDs. They were actually an anniversary gift from my husband. :) I have already gotten great results and I never dread working out. Anyways, now I don't want to do any of my other workouts as much if at all, since they just don't seem to do the trick anymore. Intensity and fun wise. I'm really wanting to try one of your rotations but I was wondering if there is anyway to create one with the few that I have or even substitute with my other workouts. (I plan on getting more later as I'm saving up) The DVDs I have are Timesaver, Cardio & Weights/IMAX 2 and I have BodyMax on VHS. I want to continue with fat burning and definately lean out in my legs as well as keep muscle tone. I also have some FIRMS, Intense Moves, and some other circuit workouts. Thank you for any advice you can give me and also thank you so much for all the energy, creativity and hard work you put in your videos.

Hi there,

I'm not Cathe and wanted to post a response to your question.

Here is just a rough idea of what a rotation may look like. I'm posting a 5 day/week rotation. If you wanted to do another day I would consider that a freebie and just tack on whatever you wanted to do.

M: Body Max Step and Power Circuits
T: Step Works
W: Body Max Upper Body and abs
Th: Step Fit
F: Cardio and Weights

The next week you could do a Timesaver rotation doing one workout per day.

M: Timesaver #5
T: All Step minus the weight work
W: Cardio and Weights upper body premix
Th: IMAX 2
F: Firm circuit workout

M: Cardio and Weights
T: Intense Moves
W: Body Max
Th: Step Works
F: Firm weight workout (whatever you might have)

These are just some suggestions. You may want to check out the rotations Cathe has posted in that section of the forums and classify them according to type of workout (weight work by body section, total body weight work, circuit workout, interval workout, step workout, floor cardio/kickbox workout) and substitute something from your collection that is the same category if you don't have that particular title.
