hi all, starting monday.. is officially 6wks till Easter sunday.I made up this Easter Challenge rotation. I would like to try
this rotation along with weightwatchers to once again as always .. try to lose some fat and trim down .. please all you pro's .. let me know

You really have a mix of things going on. I just have a couple of suggestions which are:

Week 2 on Thursday do a straight cardio, but not interval
Week 5 on Thursday same thing, straight cardio but not interval
Week 6 on Tuesday cardio, Wed c&weights, Thur Imax2

My suggestions are based on trying not to overtax your body and joints with weights everyday. Just my .02!

Yahoooo!!! Finally some words of wisdom.. thank You JO!! You have no idea how much an "Ok" from the educated crowd was needed by me at this time.. and ..i am changing my rotation around to accomodate your changes/suggestions.. thanks so much Jo

hi again Jo.. do you think i am mixing it up too much, should i just do a few of these repeating certain wks.... i mean .. will i get some good results from this..regarding fat loss and muscle tone.. along with weightwatchers??

You do have a good mix up! But that's not necessarily bad as you said your main goal was fat loss and muscle tone, I think you'll see both. I personally do rotations like this every once in a while and then I'll switch to a CTX rotation or a PS rotation. You might also want to go check out some of the rotations at:

There's a lot of rotations in there that may give you some more ideas for modifying yours or maybe you'll see one in there you thinks looks more appealing!

Also, Candy, go look at the rotations in the Rotations folder posted in this forum, there's some great rotations in there.
 
I'd like to encourage you on your challenge & also would like to ask if you would post it on the rotations board on www.fitnessvideofanatics.com. If you are a member (it is a free membership), you go to my videos & enter a list of videos you have. Then go myPublisher & enter your rotation. Then publish it. This will allow others to view your rotation in a well organized way. Then you & others can incorporate it into myCalendar to give you a calendar to check of the days that you complete your goals. It's a great tool!

Putting the information in is a little time consuming at first but once you have it in, it's great! To get around entering all the information on your videos, you can choose someone else's rotation that has the videos you want into your calendar. That will put their video discriptions in your list. Then when you go to myPublisher, it's just a matter of point, scroll & click! I can tell you that using the tapes you have in your rotation, there are plenty of rotations for you to chose from that will get you what you need!
