Please explain?

Being very new to the "i love cathe" club (and happily to be) I have no idea what you guys are talking about when you talk about "Rotations" Could someone please explain them to me. This is question probably has many of you sighing and thinking that I am a dill but if I don't know, i don't know!

A rotation is a layout for workouts that you will be doing. If you go to the DVD Rotations Forum there are many examples of different rotations.
