please explain strength and endurance

Hi Cathe,
Can you please explain the difference between building strength and muscle endurance. I just started doing your rotations and some say one or the other as the focus but I don't know which to choose. I'm sure both are important but my goal is to get strong, lean and get definition. Thanks in advance.
 
Muscle strength usually entails heavier weights and few repetitions.
Muscle endurance typically mean lighter weights, higher reps. As for what your goals are, I would experiment with Cathe's rotations to see what works for you. Typically, I do one month of strength and one month of endurance, just to change things up.
