This is the one I am doing for October. I'd love any suggestions.
Just FYI - Fremont Older is a local park - the hike/run is 5 miles with an altitude gain of approximately 1300 feet. I hike the steep uphills and run everything else. My hike is anywhere from 5 to 8 miles with a 2000+ altitude gain. Again - running the downhills.

OH MY GOD!! Are you energetic or what? I was working out alot also, and then a month ago I slowed down and am seeing better results. I hope this is just one month, and how many hours do you work out in a day? More power to you!! Lori BC

Lori -

It's not really as bad as it seems. I aim for about 90 minutes a day - with some being more or less. I also listen to my body. Monday after Power Hour I could not even THINK of doing Spin.

This is kind of my version of the August rotation - one I have time to do - I have about 70 minutes in the AM and lunch hour to workout. Wednesdays are late days for the kids, so I can go longer on Wednesday - and I tend to skip the gym.

My goal is to jump start my weight loss again, and to up my cardio endurance.

And yes, this is really only one month. After this I'm planning a 4 week rotation with heavy weights, alternating between Slow and Heavy and the GS series. I'll continue the cardio, but not as heavily.
