I'm new to Cathe, but have been exercising since I was 19. I'm 29 now. Anyway, I just started this rotation that I want to do for a month. On Mon, Wed and Fri I do MIC plus some type of ab work for~6-10 minutes. On Tue, Thurs, and Sat I do the first step portion of Body Max and then Bootcamp ( the highest weight I use in bootcamp is 30lbs combined-I'm not as strong as you guys!). On Sunday I rest. I started last week, but took two days off b/c I had a cold. Now I'm back on track. This rotation hard for me, but think I can keep it up. Do you think that I could hurt myself doing this?
