PLB floorwork with no ball--glad I tried it!

I'm just getting back into exercising after months off. This morning I did PLB, and did the floorwork Brenda style, with no ball, because my ball isn't inflated yet. It was just the right intensity for me! I've done it with the ball in the past, and it's been so hard for me to do, so I know I couldn't have done it this morning. But without the ball, it was simply hard, but doable.

Thanks for the reminder. I'm convinced I liked my legs better when I was including floor work such as the ball work from PLB into my rotations. I MAY tack this on to my workout tonight. I need to get going while the caffeine from my recent cup of coffee kicks in.

I agree. I sometimes do half with the ball and half without because there are days when it just feels that I can't do all the reps with it. So I'd rather complete all the reps WITHOUT the ball then just do a few with it.
