'Play Program' option on Hard Core Extreme

Right now I'm previewing my dvd's and I noticed that the 'play program' option doesn't highlight on HC Extreme so that I can select it. The highlight goes right to the first interval/mix. Does anyones else's do this? Is it supposed to be that way?

I would love some input before I email SNM.

That's exactly what it should do since there are 3 workouts. Under Play program there are 3 choices. These are the 3 workouts and each should highlight. The words "Play Program" will not highlight.
