plateau with weight loss

Hi Cathe

I love your vids, you're the bomb! I was wondering if you had any advice for breaking thru a plateau. I had my second baby about 5 months ago (cutest lil guy!)and have been working to lose the baby fat. I've been doing pretty good except the last few weeks - nothing.
I normally do cardo (kick box or step) in the am 4 to 5 days aweek, and weight work in the pm, 4 days per week, alternating upper and lower body. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks for all your hard work and motivation!!!
 
Of course not Cathe here, but I would recommend doing some interval workouts such as any of the Imaxes or Bootcamp or the high step ones. These are all great for Plateau busters. Do them 2-3 times per week. Hope this helps.:)
