HI-
have been stuck at 154 for two months now ...any suggestions on shaking up the loss?
I do cardio 6 days a week and weight lift 3 x a week -:D

Hey Mom Rocks (cute name!) have you thought about shakin' up your workout routine with a new rotation? What about your diet? I think that diet plays an important role...maybe even more than the exercise. HTH!

Depending on how many calories you eat and how many you are burning, you might need to eat a little more. Also, it's summer so take advantage and eat more salads and fruit!

I can relate, I fluctuated between 150-155 for over a year. I workout every day. Then my husband suggested a diet he viewed on you-tube (YouTube, Toning and Building muscle How to get ripped muscles in 4 weeks) To get ripped use the chicken, turkey and fish diet. Eat only chicken all day, the next day only turkey, etc. Eat cucumber and celery for alkalins and red apples. When you feel your energy getting low add a sweet potato or cup of rice (I use brown). I wasn't to keen on this but my husband wanted to do it and since I had to cook his meal, I figured what the heck. It works, broke through 150 in two weeks. I do modify this by eating a high fiber breakfast. Hope it helps.

Looks like basically up-ping the protein, cutting some carbs.
Cut out any processed foods, eat lots of veggies (grilled/sauteed/etc), salads w/protein - chicken, tuna, hard boiled eggs.

Eat every two hours - I bring string cheese and a couple pieces of turkey lunchmeat to work.

Your workouts are more than I have time for. I find that cardio does help me lose the weight, strength training helps me to be stronger during the cardios to keep up with Cathe!!

I just did STS Strength and did get stronger and have been able to do some things in her other dvds that I couldn't quite do all of. Still have a way to go, but definitely see improvements :)

Good luck and keep it up. You'll get there!

Try having a green smoothie for breakfast. (I've got some recipes in one of my blog posts to get you started). I've found they can both help curb cravings and change your tastebuds towards wanting healthier foods.
