Cathe,
I'm curious to know what you think of a diet I read about in a recent Prevention Magazine. It's called the Plate Power Diet.
Instead of counting calories or multiplying fat percentages you look hard at your plate. Divide it into two sections; fill about half or more with vegetables and/or fruits and the remainder with roughly equal amounts of starch and a high-protein food.
Do you think this makes sense especially for someone doing frequent weight training?
