Plate Exercise ?

Cathe,
I am 5ft tall (or short) and today I did Plyo Legs. My question is that when I used the plates for the One Leg Sit n Stands w/plates I really didn't feel much...do you think it's because my legs are so short...It just was awkard and didn't really do much...any thoughts??

Hey Elena,

I'm 5ft. 7 in. tall, and I don't feel much either doing the plates. I try to go as low as I can, but I still don't "feel the burn." I hope Cathe replies to your post so we can see what we're missing!
