plantar wart

Help I have a painful Pantar's wart on the ball of my foot . Any good tricks for getting rid of it . Its killing me !!! So embarassed Havn't had one since I was a kid LOL .No Dr visit here LOL.

Bump. Is it visible? I can't see anything, but I sure can feel it on certain days. It doesn't always hurt. Is that the same thing?

I had one once and I just went to the dermatologist and he froze it off with liquid nitrogen (hurt like hell!) and then put some kind of topical ointment on to prevent infection.

I think now you can even buy those home wart-freezing kits - I have no idea if they are anywhere near as effective as what the dermatologist uses, but it might be worth a shot.

I've tried all the home remedies for the ones I have & they keep coming back. In fact, they have multiplied. I say go to the doctor & let them handle it. It may hurt like hell but it will certainly be more effective. That's where I'm heading next week.
