Planning for STS

Are there any particular workouts we should be doing now to better prepare ourselves for success with STS? Thank you.

I don't think so, but doing the 4 DS probably wouldn't hurt!

Thank you for your idea, Deanie. I have 4DS, and I like it a lot. In fact, your post reminded me of how much fun those are and how I had planned to spend some time just learning the choreography of the step portions. I forgot!
