"Pink dumbells are for barbie"

You know I was thinkin' that this might be a mental thing more than anything else. Especially for women just startin' out to dispel the rumor that weights bulk a person up. We know as advanced that this is further from the truth. Therefore, pink weights (not including "pink weights for Breast Cancer or it is favorite color), is more or less to start women on a fitness journey to lifting weights w/o being over masculine. Does that make sense?

For what it is worth, I do have The Firm weights which are great for 6 and 7 in between weights for 5 and 8.

I am trying to get to 25lbs isolated biceps. I can do 20lbs few reps and then cheat because of my wrists. I would have never thought this when I started my workout journey!
 
Im going to have to disagree about this

Ive been doing Jari Love and having great results but then again I do build muscle easy it seems like. I also dont use very light weights I actually go quite heavy,about the same as jari or little bit heavier.
