pilatese???

hi everyone.
i have denise austin yoga and pilatese dvd.(beside other things)and i really dont want to stop doing that but how could i manage to do cathe workout and denise when i only have 5 days a week to ex.
should i blend them togheter one after another?

What I've set up for myself is a rotation of my own:
Mon: PUB
Tues: Core/flex work (Pilates, or core/stretch max)
Wed: PLB
Thurs: Core/flex work (Pilates, or core/stretch max)
Friday: Total body, such as KPC, ME or Boot Camp
Sat: cardio or core/flex work

I've just started it, but hoping to get it to work. You can rotate in the core work however you wish...(or take away a day) Which Cathe's are you trying to work in?
 
i have orderd 2 weeks ago the kick max,basic step,core max,cardio and weights,low impact and im still waiting for it.those would be my first cathe dvd.can u please arange 4 me a weekly ratate including pilatese. i can spare up to 1.5 hours per day (is it enough?)

I think you will have enough time and you will enjoy these. I haven't used my Denise Austin pilates DVD in years.....
