Lisa Saponara is another one of our video veterans. In addition to being a sales representative for a food broker, she and her husband have their own business together. Even though she is very busy, she always finds time to workout since she finds it to be a very healthy and important part of her life.

I'm embarrassed to ask this but.....what other videos is Lisa in? I have every one of Cathe's tapes, but I don't recognize her! I just got my 5 new Cathe videos and am previewing Rhythmic Step, and I just had to ask this question!!

FYI: Haven't done too much research, but I know for sure she's in StepFit. Her hair looks a bit darker, but I'm pretty certain she's in the back on the right... Maybe MIC & MIS too. I must look. I always stop and rewind immediately at the end of the vid - never wait to look at the credits... Always in a rush I suppose...

She looks totally different

Lisa used to have curlier hair. She was in CTX and the PS series but I don't even recognize her in these new videos. I love the new look!
