'Personalized' Premixes

Hello all,

I like to make my own premixes out of Cathe's DVDs. It's easy if you have a programmable player. Here are a couple of my favorites:

Premix #1:
Step Fit - Warm Up
Step Fit - Step Section #2
Power Max - Step Section #2
Step Fit - Latin Cool down

Premix #2:
C&W - Warm Up
C&W - Step Section #1
Imax2 - Blast #1
C&W - Step Section #2
Imax2 - Blast #3 (I love the song on this interval :D!)
C&W - Step Section #3
Imax2 - Blast #5
C&W - Step Section #4
Imax2 - Blast #6
C&W - Step Section #5
Imax2 - Blast #9
C&W - Cool down

Anyone else make their own premixes? If so, let's share, shall we :D ?

I was wondering what type of dvd player you have. I have been searching for a programmable one but can't seem to find one or anyone else that is familiar with programmable dvd players. I would love to be able to personalize some of my workouts. TIA.

Here are two links from videofitness.com, although I don't know when the page was put together so it may be outdated information. However, I have a programmable DVD player (a Toshiba something or other, and it is a 5 disc player, and I NEVER use the program feature, although I may if Cathe doesn't put premixes on this next set...)and know that many other people do, too! The second link will take you to a page of info. on DVD programability.

What do you mean by C&W step section #5? That workout has a warmup, then 4 step/weight segments, ending with a weight & abs segment. Could you please clarify?
