Hello Cathe,

I have your boot camp and muscle endurance dvd and I love it. You push me harder than any other workout I have ever done. I want to really tone and lean down, kinda like a victoria's secret model, but with a little more muscle definition. My question is, can you provide me a workout schedule to balance cardio and weight training to acheive this goal? Something that describes what different techniques, quantities of each set and how often per week. If so how much would this cost? I really appreciate your time. Thank you.
