Personal Trainers....

Ok, this is one of those "How do you become a trainer" posts BUT, I was a good little girl and did the search and found most of the info i needed. However....

I noticed that Francine has been very helpful to some of the other girls around here regarding certification and experience and I was wondering if I could have some of those emails...

Meaning, if it is OK with you Francine, I would like it if Connie could forward me some of the info she has from you, just so I can gleam from it what I will.

If anyone else has any other helpful emails from anyone else in the "educated crowd" here, I would love that as well.

I just hate to beat a dead horse and ask for it all over again. You ladies (and men) all do so much for us already in that arena. Doing the search really showed me how much you all care and how much time you have given in enlightening those of us who are thinking of pursuing this career.

If it'd be alright I'd love to get some information as well. I am currently in the procees of getting my ACE certification. I take the pre-exam prep course this weekend and the test in November. I "talked" with Francine this AM and she is not able to get on the forum much lately due to all her certs and workshops. I E-mailed her this link so I am sure she'll be in touch as soon as she catches a moment to breathe!

Both Debbie H and Francine have been tremendous helps to me! I even talked to Debbie on the phone one time. I'm sorry, but I have not saved Francine's e-mails. However, she did tell me about (group instructor training called) BTS (Body Training Systems). Their website:

That's wonderful that you are pursuing a career in fitness! I'd love to share my experiences and answer any questions you may have! If you get a chance shoot me an email with your questions and I'll get back to you soon! Or if someone wants to forward any emails I sent them , that be great too!(can never have enough info I'm not sure if they would still have it handy in their emails since It's been a lil while but I do know that a couple of people told me that they printed my info out for reference so hopefully they can fax it to you or forward it to you some how:-0

I wish I had more computer time available to write everything out for you NOW but my online time is very limited this morning, I have a client at 730am and a sculpting class at 9am then the turf club at 11am-7 pm---It be easier if you emailed me specifics and I can be more helpful

PS Sorry, I've been out of the loop lately on the forums, it's all due to my hectic scheduling,certifications and workshops( I'm in the home stretch now-- well,for this year
