Personal Trainer Certification
There will be a(CPT) certified personal trainer course available through NASM(National Academy of Sports Medicine) www.nasm.org to anyone who is interested in being a trainer or for whomever wants to benefit from the education! If you live near Clementon,Nj . It will be held on March 21st(fri) & March 22(sat) at Femme-Physique! www.femmephysique.net

AFAA workshops

There will also be AFAA workshops held at this gym for kickboxing certification and step certfication this March. For kickboxing which is being held on March 15th 9 am at Femme Physique and 16th for step! The kickboxing workshop fee is $229(less 10% discount for current AFAA members)This fee doe not include the required Kickboxing:A manual for instructors($30) This fee includes study guide,hand wraps,certifiation and wallet card upon successful completion of exam and proof of Cpr cert., a 1 yr AFAA membership($68 value)or membership extension to current members, also a subscription to American fitness magazine)*For AFAA certified professional who wish to register for CEU credit only, not for the certification, the workshop fee is $75 and you'll receive 5 CEUs!You can register by phone 800-923-2346 or www.afaa.com

There are soo many times when I wanted to take a special workshop and missed it because it wasn't advertised, so I figure hey maybe someone would love to know that there is one close by if there in Nj or Philly! These workshops are soo informative,educational and fun! It's great to be around people who share the same passions!(like hereYou can call the 1800# (or www.afaa.com)(www.nasm.org)if you are ever interested in kickboxing,step,pilates workshops, CPT, or group fitness etc for a place close to you!
