Personal Rotation - Tues 11-22

Today is IMAX1 and I needed to get up and do it this morning because of a doctor's appt this afternoon and many errands after that but I'm just going to have to find time. I'll probably be doing it at 8:00 tonight!!

I just couldn't get up at 4 this morning, I slept til about 5:15. This is day #8 in a row working for me with most mornings getting up at 3:15 so I believe I'm hitting the wall.

Will check in after my workout tonight.

Today is Imax1 for me too.
Jane, I bet there are going to be a lot of us having to switch things up and skip workouts here and there with the holidays here!

I think I'll stick with todays workout, but am probably going to do Thursdays, or Fridays (the long ones) tomorrow and take the day off on Turkey day or Friday. With everyone home for Thanksgiving , I just don't think I'll be able to fit that one in then. Just too many people around and too much going on !:p
I don't know yet, how it's going to work out exactly, but I'll do my best.

Yesterday i did GSBBS and abhits. I'm not reallly sore from GSBBS,but maybe I will feel it later on today. Today will be LG floorlegs and PS floorlegs.


DD is still sick, may have to take her to dr.s tomorrow. wish I could be at home with her today.:-(

Hello girls.

I'm back after my little "vacation". LOL

Today will be a sub for GS Legs in week 3 of the November rotation since I don't have that one...YET! ;)
I'm thinking Leaner Legs or ME lower body premix OR BOTH back to back! Bwah ha ha haaaah!}( }( }( Can somebody please rent me a wheel chair and have it right outside the door to my w/o room when I'm finished please? If I do both w/o's I have a feeling I will be needing it! :p

Jane, YIKES, you've been on the go for a while! Take a day to completely relax as soon as you can~You deserve it!:)

Becky, When I saw that Cathe had us workin' out on Turkey day and off the day prior I knew right away that I would be switching that around pretty fast! LOL Actually, I'm only on week 3 of the rotation myself but she has me off on wednesday too. I'm switchin' that up for certain!!! Thanksgiving is too crazy of a day to try to get a work out in...especially one of Cathe's! LOL }(

Kim, Sorry to hear that your DD is sick. I hope she gets better fast!
 
Back again.

I changed up everything .......skipped IMAX1 today and instead did Legs and Glutes, 10 min. abs and a 20 minute run.

Am glad it's done!

Good morning ladies & to all those who follow:

Today, I had to modify because of knee issues. I wanted to do L&G but didn't want to do too much leg work--so, instead, I jogged slowly for 30 minutes (I may pay the price for this one later:() and I did the Upper Body portion of BM to sub for CTX upper body.

Jane-- I know how you feel--sometimes you just can't get up at 4:00 am. I get up at 4:00 am and it's been working for me but sometimes it can be hard so it's good to listen to your body.

Becky---I'm switching up my workouts too. There was no way I wasn't going to workout tomorrow when I know that I will be traveling on Thursday and won't access to my dvds.

Jane-- I love L&G but can't do it today due to knee issuesx(

Fitmom-- I want Leaner Legs, I hear it's great--one day I'll breakdown and buy the CTX series;-)

Hi Ladies,

I have been pretty busy with work and life so I haven't checked in for a few days. I have been orkoing out of course:) I just had to take some me time. Today is SS tear it up then a run and Bi's and tri's.

Wendy did you have a few slacking days :) Where did your weight thingie go?

Today is Push/Pull (played through, HEAVY) and KPC (intermediate intensity and first 2 combos only)...NO abs (some in PP)...

Trying to up my cardio (I don't like it much) and work some in to my weights days...If this is usually an "off" cardio day, is this a good add on???

Sorry I am late today! Aila got me all excited about the new Christi DVD, Cardio Collectibles, so I had to order it, then I got busy at work!

Kim, I think maybe it is time for the doctor appt. Better now than on Thanksgiving when you can't get in.

Hi Terri, glad to see your back! I may have to shake up the rotation this week with an SS workout, hmmm...

Today was Imax 1 and ab hits. I really like this one, definitely one of my favorite Imaxes.

Tomorrow is going to be LL and maybe stretchmax 1.
Turkey Day is C&W,
Friday is Hi-Lo day and abs.
Saturday - BC
Sunday - LIS and coremax 1.

What are we doing the last week of November????

Hi everyone,

I did Imax 3 yesterday morning and went for a 6 mile run at lunch. I was pretty sore this morning so I didn't workout in the A.M. It looks like I will have time to go for a short run this afternoon to work out the stiffness.

Hi :)

I am back after being attacked by a computer virus and a cold virus!

Today I did the Gauntlet with spinning hard for every cardio! I was covered in sweat. Yesterday was 30" steady state spinning and a power yoga class.

Dianna I am impressed with IMAX3 and a 6 mile run in one day! no wonder you took off this am. !!!!

Hey girls,

Seems like everyone has some killer workouts going on. I just got home from work and need to start on my workout. I am doing LG floorwork and PSlegs floorwork. I am doing the UBB rotation and I'm putting legs in place of the cardio days.


Made an appt. for dd to go see the dr. tomorrow morning. She doesn't want to go but that's tough!


Will be back later after workout.

Oh, I didn't feel soreness from GSBBS this morning,but boy I feel my biceps big time!

It is about 9:30 at night and I just finished IMAX1. By the time I finished at my dr's appt, went to get blood work i needed and and x-rays!!! I saw his PA today and since I haven't had x-rays in 7 years since I was diagnosed, she decides she wants some baselines of my wrists, ankles and elbows!! ACK!!! I got home around 6:30, ate, let my dinner settle and then got to it. At least it's done.

Now DD is coming tomorrow after I get off work, I don't know how in the heck I'm going to get in all that is scheduled for tomorrow. This week is the pits as far as available time is concerned.

Off to the shower and then to bed.
