Personal Rotation - Thurs 11-17

Good morning fitness buddies....


Yesterday was rest day on the rotation but I cleaned my house. I also did Ab Hits #2 (planks and abs from Power Circuit)

Today is SJP. I love that w/o.

Good Morning Jane and all the other fantastic woman who will post later!!:)

SJP is on the rotation but as I asked on a separate post I'd rather do a step/weight premix from SJP/SB ...don't feel like doing hi/lo today at all ! I love that there are so many premixes to choose from but since I don't think I've done ANY that mix the 2 workouts, I don't know which to do? Any ideas? I'll either do all the step then the weights, visa versa, or do it as a circuit workout. Am also considering skipping all lower body work , as I am still fried from yesterdays GS legs!!!

I ate really good & healthy yesterday, lets HOPE I can continue today! :p

It's only 25 degrees here this morning. BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!:eek:

Jane - thanks for starting this.

Becky - 25 BRRRR. Great job on the eating.

I'm planning on PLB today but today I'm going out for dinner with my friend. I'm excited/nervous. We get along so well, talking each day but haven't had any just us time. Hoping things don't get messed up but wanting to spend some time with him! My son was sick yesterday, hope he is feeling better today, if not I'll have to cancel. With his medical issues, he needs some down time every 6-8 weeks to catch up on sleep etc. Hope that is what it was.

Good Morning Girlies,

How is everyone finding the Nov rotation? Is it a good one?

Yesterday I went for a run around a few streets.Its a 5 kms run in total but I went around twice, only b/c I wanted to take the dogs out, one at a time.I was pretty moody by the time I got home b/c they weren't very good runners last night.Other then that, the run would have been great b/c the temp was good and b/c I wasn't to far from home it didn't seem like a long run, even though it was 50 min.
I would like to do the samething tonight when I get off but I don't know if I can tolerate the dogs:eek:
So if I don't, I am going to do a circuit workout with running on the treadmill.I think I may do BC or the circuit workout from HC Extreme.

To all those before and who will post after me.

Lori--I'm loving the November rotation, I pretty much stuck with it--I made very few changes. Actually lost a couple of pounds, but that may have more to do with my eating than exercise since I workout six times a week;-).

Today for me was IMAX 2 (my all time favorite), a 2 mile run and some ab work.

Becky, I know what you mean about hi/lo. You must be in the mood. Although I enjoy SJP, I get soooo sweaty! I feel like I'm not giving the weight work my all b/c I'm so tired for cardio.

Katrina, I did IMAX 2 today also. It is a great WO! I especially like how it does begin a little easier and then BOOM, the break is over! IMAX 3 is a little too hi impact for me and I have to modify.

Everyone on the Nov. rotation seems to be doing well; Keep it up it is great motivation

Yesterday was Power yoga and I really concentrated and went slow on the high push up> to low push up> to up dog/ cobra and gave my triceps and chest some nice work. ( We did the sequence about a million times!)

I also did L&G ankle weight pre mix

Hi everyone,

Yes, the November rotation is a good one. I am PMSing like crazy and I still feel smaller than last month! I did SJP today, time went flying by and I didn't feel overwhelmed at all. I really love this DVD!
Tomorrow is probably hi/lo aerobics for 40 minutes, ab hits and 1/2 of stretchmax 1, with my time being an issue.

What I ended up doing is Cardio & weights, probably about a 45 minute workout because I skipped past the squats and lunges, (legs still sore from GS Legs yesterday) and did only the upper body weight work.
Then I added Coremax #3 and Stretchmax #3 . I'm still playing catch up and did my 40 minute run yesterday.
I still have HSTA & RS to make up from last week.
Its all mixed up , but I will get it all done even if I don't end up finishing with everybody else.

Time for a smoothie!

Hi good morning everyone, today is a rest day in the rotation but I will do SJP. I will do the rest day on the next Saturday. I will add TJ and stationary bike. Have a great day everyone.

Just a uick hello to everyone as I want to get started on Shape it up. I have that and Gymstyle Chest and triceps on tap for today and a cathe cardio.

Hey Guys! Just got on here. Worked yesterday and today so I've been running quite a bit.

Body Fusion was on my rotation but I don't have it so I did SJP. And now I'm off to do GS Chest and Tri's that's soooo funny Terri! We didn't even plan it!

Glad to see everyone is working out hard. We need to be vigilant. The Thanksgiving is a week away!

Hope everyone has a great night. I'm off tomorrow so hope to talk to ya'll then!

SJP is done and what fun!!! I haven't done it in a while and when she said more cardio after the chest and tri w/o, I thought, you've got to be kidding, four hi/lo segments!!! HELP! But the last one is easy and more low impact and the most fun I believe. The time goes fast on this w/o.

Tomorrow is IMAX2 Yippee!!!
