Good morning everyone! I just finished high step training advanced. I had forgotten about all those leg presses! Oh man, those are tough!

So Kim, what did you make for dinner last night? I'm always looking for new ideas? Maybe we should start a new thread for dinner ideas.

Terri, did you sleep better last night? I also had a bad night yesterday. I was up at 3AM! We have a water bed and the heater was out of wack, so it was like a bazillon degrees in bed. I couldn't cook any longer.

Today is day 4 of the Nov. Rotation which calls for a 30 min. interval run and a segment of coremax and stretchmax. I am not a runner therefore I will do one of the IMAX premixes instead.}(

Hey Phyllis and Wendy,

I have not been able to workout in 3 days. It's either my tooth or my sinuses. they have left me alone for right now! So hopefully I can pick up where I left off and do my leg mish mosh I've been wanting to try! And my eating has sucked, but what is new! I feel like giving up!

Phyllis-HSTA is killer on legs! I thought I would die the first time I did it! Pizza was my menu last night! I know it is a bad food!

Kim,

Don't worry...you'll get it together. Once your body stops playing all of these nasty tricks on you with the foot, the sinuses and the tooth! LOL You'll be back on trak soon enough. Eating and working out go hand in hand for me. If I can't exercise I tend to eat like crap too. x(

Good Morning Everyone!

Yesterday was MM & I added a 40 min. bike ride. And I walked with DD in the afternoon for about 30 minutes.

Today is a 40 min. run , abs and stretchmax. I have to add a cleanmax marathon to todays workout.....like it or not!:-( :p

Phyliss I am awake again at 4 am today. O kmow some people get up that early to workout but I am a night owl so 4 am is way to early for me! Sorry to hear you couldn't sleep either:)

Kim-Yes 9 am tomorrow sounds good to me. I hope you get to feeling better. Good luck with the eating and the working out. You can get it back!

We would love for you to join us!The more the merrier!:) I'm hoping to make it all the way through this time. I also have to improvise on some movements since there are some I can't do with my foot. I just substitute another move!

Strange things are happening at my PC. It just put me into suspend mode. I had a nice reply written for this thread and POUFF! it is gone. so anyway, nice WO plans ladies.

I'm supposed to do 30" spinning and a long stretch or yoga today per my rotation. But I have don extra cardio over the last 3 days and may try to do a long yoga today. I may even search out a class locally.

Good morning everyone,

Today got off to a screwy start. I discovered my frig was leaking all over my floor, which limited my workout time.

So, in between stuffing towels behind the frig, putting old towels in the dryer and reusing them on the floor, reading the owners manual, searching for the model number, taking everything out of the freezer and putting it in the downstairs freezer, I did manage to do something, albeit short and sweet.
I did Patricks Aerobic Dance tape, ( I really was reading the owner's manual during the warmup..) and ab hits. That was it for today.

I really hope the rest of my day is less goofy:*
 
Hi good morning everyone, Spining 28 you have a great workout scheduled. Plyo X is one of my favorite workouts.Today is MM. I will add the TJ 20 minutes workout, a segment of quick fix cardio kicks and stationary bike.

My workout is complete. Well, almost. I did a 4 mile jog....and I dont' have ab hits so I did 2 segments from CTX abs. Started to do SM but just didn't feel like it........I am cleaning and will add stretching later in the day.
Might get out there and walk later too, but it's COLD out there now! :eek: Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr !:eek:

Kim - sorry you are still not feeling good - that sucks. Hopefully the next few days you will be able to get back on track!

Last night was MM and tonight is supposed to be the run - but like Wendy - I am not a runner - so I will do TJ #2 and TJ Ab Jam.

Well, this was supposed to be SH week, but after 2x's last week, and one time through this week, I just couldn't do it again!! SO, I busted out Pure Strength (from the sale) since I hadn't done those yet (though I DID watch them on fast forward!!)...Today was the PS chest, triceps and shoulders...After Days (isn't that terrible??) I'll take the dog for a 30 minute jog...
 
Hi Everyone,

This morning I did GS BSB and I plan on running at lunch. The weather here is beautiful, 70 degrees in November.

It's so nice to see what everyone is doing each day. It really keeps me motivated.

Coremaxathon-I'd like to join in too. I'll have to do it tonight though.
